Sinclair Adamson & Co is a venture management boutique. The management of Sinclair Adamson identifies or is presented with joint-venture opportunities in the low-tech sectors and subsequently takes the lead in assembling the requisite resources and competencies which are required to launch the new business.  For every business venture the challenges are different so we are able to provide tailored solutions by drawing on a depth of expertise from a variety of functional business areas such as Operations Management, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing or Technology. We work with start ups, high growth and mature companies that are seeking to be pre-eminent in their market place by striving for excellence in all aspect of their business endeavours by respecting wholeheartedly every customer, supplier, business partner and employee.

How do we operate?

By becoming an equity partner, Sinclair Adamson enables the acceleration of a new venture through the introduction of new competency and ingrained sector knowledge.  This is achieved by assembling a Trusted Advisory Board which takes the lead in designing, advising, and delivering innovative solutions designed to harvest sustained business growth and sector-based competitive advance by strengthening the strategic, operational and financial position through a differentiated business model which can be presented to a range of investors for seed, growth or development capital.  We take a long-term view to any venture we work with (typically between 3 to 10 years) and operate new businesses under a joint-venture vehicle with the view of yielding value for our employees, business partners, communities and shareholders.
